How can I find out if my vehicle is affected by a campaign?
There are a number of ways to find out if your vehicle is affected by a campaign (recall, product update, or extended warranty). Either you can call the Automobile Customer Service Recall Line at 888-234-2138 Monday through Friday from 6 am to 5 pm PT and on Saturday from 7:30 am to 4 pm PT or you can access information on any campaign affecting your vehicle 24 hours a day, 7 days a week here. Your Honda dealer can also provide information about open campaigns. You can locate a dealer here.
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) also has many resources about campaigns. You can contact their Vehicle Safety Hotline toll free at 888-327-4236 or visit them at http://safercar.gov.
