For recalls, product updates, and warranty extensions, you can contact:

  • Acura Client Relations at 888-234-2138 Monday through Friday from 6 am to 5 pm PT
  • Contact your Acura dealer
  • Ask Us, a Data Assisted Virtual Engineer

You can also access information about recalls only 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by visiting the Acura Recall Lookup.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) also has many resources about campaigns. You can contact their Vehicle Safety Hotline toll free at 888-327-4236 or visit them at http://safercar.gov.
